THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KSRTC driver L H Yadhu, is preparing to take legal action in the dispute with Mayor Arya Rajendran. Yadhu will demand that a case be filed against Mayor Arya Rajendran, her husband, MLA Sachin Dev and others who were in the car. It is reported that the case will be filed in the Thiruvananthapuram First Class Magistrate Court tomorrow.

Simultaneously, the Human Rights Commission has ordered an investigation into the complaint of the bus driver regarding the incident where the KSRTC bus was insulted by being stopped in the middle of the road, and against the Cantonment SHO who did not file a case despite receiving a complaint in this regard.

Thiruvananthapuram City Police Commissioner and KSRTC Managing Director have been directed to conduct an investigation and submit a report within a week, as ordered by the Commission's acting chairperson and judicial member, K Baijunath. The case will be heard on May 9 at the commission's office in Thiruvananthapuram.

This action is based on the complaint filed by Nemam native L H Yadhu. The complaint is against Arya Rajendran, Sachin Dev, Aravind and two other known individuals. According to the complaint, they blocked the KSRTC bus on April 27, hurled obscenities and attempted to remove the passengers from the bus.

Although the complaint was given to the Cantonment SHO on April 27 at 10:30 PM, no case was registered nor investigation conducted despite the complaint. Yadhu demands that the Cantonment SHO be removed from the charge of the investigation and that it be investigated by another agency.
