SOHAR: A Malayali was killed in an accident in Oman. He has been identified as Sunil of Ottappalam in Palakkad. The Royal Oman Police informed that two locals were also killed and more than fifteen people were injured in the accident. The injured were shifted to Sohar Hospital.

Sunil was working as an admin manager in a private company. The accident happened when he was returning from Liwa with his family, where he went to renew his resident card.

Seven vehicles, including the car carrying Sunil and his family and trucks were involved in the accident. The accident happened at Liwa Roundabout in Sohar when a truck came in the wrong direction.
