THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Air India Express flights continue to be cancelled in Kerala even after the cabin crew called off the strike. Two services from Kannur, one service from Karipur and five services from Kochi services were cancelled yesterday. International services in Thiruvananthapuram continued without interruption. Two domestic services scheduled to reach here were cancelled.
The services to Muscat at 6:45 a.m. and to Riyadh at 7:45 a.m. were cancelled in Kannur yesterday. Passengers suffered due to cancellations without warning. The morning service to Jeddah was delayed for ten hours. The flight to Abu Dhabi at 6:25 pm was also delayed by several hours.
The Dubai service which was supposed to leave Karipur at 8:25 am was cancelled. 34 services have been cancelled here in the last six days. The cost is huge for those who depend on other airlines.
Dammam, which was supposed to depart at 8:35 am, Bahrain at 9:30 am, Bengaluru at 1 pm, Kolkata at 3 pm and Hyderabad at 9:40 pm were canceled in Kochi. The Doha flight which was supposed to depart at 6:35 pm was rescheduled to 11:15 pm. Flights from Dammam at 7:10 am, from Bahrain at 8:05 am and from Hyderabad at 9:10 pm were also delayed. Bengaluru and Hyderabad services to Thiruvananthapuram were cancelled.
