THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The ticket sold in Alappuzha won the first prize of Rs 12 crore in the Vishu Bumper draw. The ticket was sold by Anil Kumar, a native of Kaithavana of Thrikarthika Lottery Agency. Jaya, a retail saleswoman of Pazhayaveedu, bought the ticket from Anil Kumar. The winner bought the ticket from Jaya's shop.

Jaya told media that the first prize ticket was sold two days ago. She said that she does not know to whom she sold the ticket. There are people who regularly buy tickets from her shop. She said someone from that may have bought the ticket. Ticket VC 490987 won the first prize.

The second prize is Rs 1 crore each for six series. 10 lakhs each for the third prize and 5 lakhs each for the fourth prize for six series. 5000, 2000, 1000, 500 and 300 will be given as prizes from five to nine respectively.

Six people will get the second prize of Rs 1 crore each. The third prize of Rs 10 lakh will be awarded to six each. The fourth prize of Rs 5 lakh will be awarded to six people each. Prizes of Rs 5000, Rs 2000, Rs 1000, Rs 500 and Rs 300 will be given from the fifth to the ninth positions.
