MUVATTUPUZHA: A youth sustained shot injuries at the end of a dispute between relatives. The youth injured has been identified as Naveen of Kadathimangalath House. The incident happened late last night. The police have taken one Kishore into custody.

Naveen seriously injured is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Ernakulam. Kishore is the son of Naveen's aunt. Kishore, who was abroad, returned home the other day.

A fight between the two are quite common. After a verbal dispute with Naveen at home yesterday, Kishore shot him with the gun he was carrying.
It is not clear who all were in the house at the time of the incident. Someone who heard gunshots informed the police. Police informed that the suspect fired with a licensed gun.
