KOCHI: Actor Maniyanpilla Raju responded to actress Minu Muneer's sexual allegations. Maniyan Pillai Raju while replying to the media said many more allegations will be raised and there are people with many motives behind it.
‘Those who intend to extort money, those who did not get the opportunity after asking for it, will come. This needs to be investigated. There is a point in what WCC said. There should be an investigation into this. Even those who have committed no wrong are included in it. If there is no investigation, people will keep coming. What all came against Oommen Chandy. Those who come with false complaints should also be investigated. There are procedures for granting membership in AMMA. There are also procedures for collecting membership fees. Minu has revealed through social media that actors Jayasurya, Edavela Babu, Maniyanpilla Raju and Mukesh spoke sexually.
'I am writing a series on the physical and verbal abuses I faced in Malayalam cinema from Mukesh, Maniyanpilla Raju, Edavela Babu, Jayasurya, advocate Chandrasekharan and production controller Noble and Vichu.
She said that she was subjected to physical and verbal abuse from these individuals while working on a project in 2013. She said that she tried to continue acting in the film, but the harassment was unbearable.
