Museum SI Asha Chandran recorded the statement of the actress after registering the case this morning.
Siddique had resigned from the post of AMMA General Secretary after the allegations surfaced. He had also lodged a complaint with the DGP against the actress. Siddique's complaint sought to bring to light the criminal conspiracy that is being carried out to systematically destroy the Malayalam film industry by making false allegations against him.
"I met the actress during the preview of my film 'Sukhamayirikkatte' at the Nila Theater in Thiruvananthapuram in January or February 2016. The actress spoke with me with her parents. I never abused or sexually assaulted the actress. This actress has not said that I had raped her in the last eight and a half years. The actress has not accused me of rape in the allegations made against me twice in 2019 and 2021 through social media," Siddique pointed out in the complaint.
