The family of seven, including Biju, had been living under the Thakaraparamba flyover in the heart of the capital city for a long time. This was reported by Kerala Kaumudi. Pattamthuruthu Dasan, the owner of Mundrothuruth Mangrove Holidays Resorts, who took note of the report, offered four cents of land and a house to Biju and his family by contacting Kerala Kaumudi. Dasan set aside the family home in Mundrothuruth and a part of his property for this purpose. This is what was handed over today.
Kerala Kaumudi had reported on the plight of Biju, a native of Kaithamukku, on the 14th.
