Janardhanan is an actor who doesn't need to be introduced to the Malayali film audience. In the last 52 years, he has done many good roles in Malayalam cinema including villain, comedian and character roles. Janardhanan is talking about Oduvil Unnikrishnan, a popular actor and his close friend. It was in Kaumudy Movies that he opened up about his dear friend.
Janardhanan said that Oduvil Unnikrishnan is someone who acts in a way that doesn't feel like he is acting, and that he is fond of Oduvil's performance. Janardhanan says Oduvil Unnikrishnan was a very innocent man and everyone in Oduvil's house was short-lived.
"Oduvil Unnikrishnan was a very innocent man. He's a person who's been closely associated with me. He has told me that he is the longest-living person in his house.
In their house, everyone was short-lived. Men don't live long in their house. He was a good man. At one point in time, I, Jayaram, Oduvil Unnikrishnan, Jagathy and Narendra Prasad did 10-30 films like we were a team. I don't know if there is another actor in Malayalam who acts in a way that doesn't feel like he is acting.
He is a very natural actor. You can say that it's an acting that gets an evil eye. Oduvil Unnikrishnan used to sing and play the mridangam very well," says Janardhanan.
