MUVATTUPUZHA: The police have registered a case of sexual assault against the actress who filed a complaint against actor and MLA Mukesh. Muvattupuzha police registered a case under POCSO sections.

In the complaint, the relative of the young woman says that the actress is connected with a sex racket and tried to bring her to Chennai and show her to the Tamil film crew. The young woman had said that she was ready to open up about the ordeal she faced at the age of 16 because she wanted the world to know about the actress who had come forward with a molestation complaint.

The actress has filed a complaint against seven actors including actors Mukesh, Jayasuriya, Maniyanpilla Raju and Idavela Babu. Investigations in the cases are in progress.

Forced to 'cooperate'

In 2014, she was taken to Chennai during the holidays after class 10 for a film audition. There were only five or six men there. The actress insisted to cooperate with them. She got angry when opposed. She escaped from there after crying making a lot of noise. The actress said that many girls have been brought like this and she can get settled if she cooperated. She did not file a complaint because she was afraid. Now it is known from the news that the actress has filed a harassment complaint against the actors. The woman said that she is filing a complaint because she felt that her true face should be exposed.

At the same time, the actress said that the reason behind the complaint is that she did not give money despite asking many times and legal action will be taken against them.
