THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There is no party probe on the allegations raised by P V Anwar MLA against Chief Minister's political secretary P Sasi. A decision was taken in the CPM state secretariat meeting that no investigation is required. The secretariat upheld the chief minister's stand that Sasi is working responsibly.
The meeting also evaluated that although an investigation has been announced against the ADGP, there is no need to replace him immediately. It is decided that action will be taken after all the investigations are over. As a vigilance investigation and another investigation led by the DGP is going on against the ADGP, the CPM has come to a decision that after the report of all this, it will be verified and if necessary, the ADGP can be changed.
'P Sasi, who was trusted by the home department, failed. Sasi did not fulfil the responsibility. The chief minister is blamed for what Ajith Kumar and Sujith Das are doing. The faithful have dug a well. Believed and entrusted by P Sasi. He failed. I don't know if Sasi knows. If he has assessed, will such a robbery be done. P Sasi has not fulfilled the responsibility. In Malappuram, there was no action after giving a letter on many political issues. Anwar raised such allegations against P Sasi.
Earlier, the CPM state secretariat had harshly criticised P V Anwar and issued a statement demanding to withdraw from open responses.
Nilambur MLA PV Anwar is working as an independent MLA of the Left Democratic Front in the Legislative Assembly and Nilambur constituency. He is also a member of the CPI(M) parliamentary party.
