KANPUR: Clashes between the spectators during the second India-Bangladesh cricket test. It is suggested that some people attacked the Bangladeshi fan known as 'Tiger Robby'. Tiger Robby is a Bangladeshi super fan who has his whole body painted like a tiger. Robbie was admitted to the hospital this morning due to his deteriorating health condition.
Robby said that some of the spectators attacked him. Robby said that he was beaten on abdomen and could not breathe but the police rejected what Robby said. It is reported that he was seen waving the Bangladeshi flag before his health problem. Robby, who is traveling with the Bangladesh team, also reached Chennai where the first Test was held.
Meanwhile, the first day's play ended early due to heavy rain in Kanpur. India won the toss and chose to bowl. Bangladesh's batting line-up, which struggled to find rhythm like in the first Test, lost three wickets while scoring 107 runs in 35 overs. Ex-captain Mominul Haque, who was unbeaten on 40 runs off 81 balls, shone in Bangladesh's batting line-up. Zakir Hasan (0), Shadman Islam (24) and skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto (31) are out. Mushfiqur Rahim (6) is at the crease along with Mominul.
For India, Bengal player Akash Deep took two wickets conceding 34 runs in 10 overs and Ashwin took one wicket conceding 22 runs in nine overs.
