A video claiming to be that of Bigfoot, the mysterious creature that is said to live in the jungles of the US, has gone viral. The video was captured by a man who had come for a hike in the Parallel Forest near the Wichita Mountains in Oklahoma.

The nine-second-long video has garnered over 17 lakh views on TikTok. In the video, a giant ape-like figure can be seen moving through a dense forest. The orange-haired creature is reclining on a tree while the creature sees the man who is capturing the video. With this, the video ends.

However, social media users point out that they can notice that the video is fake from a single glance. Some alleged that someone was wearing a costume like Bigfoot. However, others pointed out that it was visuals from an ad. Many videos in the name of Bigfoot have surfaced in the past. The authenticity of them has not been proven.

Earlier, giant footprints up to 12-20 inches in size had been discovered in Alaskan forests. Some have argued that it could be Bigfoot's. Like the Yeti in the Himalayas, Bigfoot is an imaginary creature that is said to exist in America.

Scientists say that bigfoot doesn't exist and is just a myth. Several people have claimed to have seen the bigfoot, which is about seven feet tall and has a hairy body that is half a human and half-ape-shaped.

While many have claimed the presence of Bigfoot in the forest areas of North Carolina, Georgia and Washington, there is no scientific evidence. There are also stories that some mysterious shapes and ghosts were seen here. It has been suggested not to enter the parallel forest alone if it is dusk as there is a high possibility of getting lost.
