THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Actor Siddique, who appeared for questioning before the Special Investigation Team in the molestation case, has returned. Siddique returned after two and a half hours but the special investigation team says that no detailed interrogation has taken place in the case against Siddique.
Asked to produce some documents, Siddique did not produce them. The explanation of the investigation team is that they did not go into the statement except after asking about those matters. A case of rape has been registered against Siddique on the complaint of the young actress. The young actress complained that she was called to the Mascot hotel for film discussion, locked up and molested. The police have recorded the complainant's statement.
The case was registered after the actress alleged that Siddique had invited her to the Mascot Hotel under the pretense of a film discussion, where he then molested her. According to the complaint, the actress stated that she first met Siddique through social media during her high school years. He later invited her and her parents to attend a preview screening of a film at Nila Theatre in Thiruvananthapuram.
