THIRUVANANATHAPURAM: Permission has been granted to the adjournment motion moved by the opposition demanding discussion on the RSS-ADGP covert meeting. Permission has been given for two hours from 12 pm on Tuesday. The Chief Minister told the opposition not to repeat the uproar-like situation witnessed on the first day of the assembly session.

Another controversy erupted on the second day when Minister MB Rajesh came forward against the opposition members. MB Rajesh said that the opposition's protest against the Speaker yesterday was a gross violation of discipline. Opposition leader V D Satheesan made his dissent palpable after warnings were issued to four opposition members immediately after Rajesh’s remarks. Four MLAs were warned for not following the etiquette and rules of the assembly.

MB Rajesh demanded action against Mathew Kuzhalnadan, IC Balakrishnan, Anwar Sadat and Sajeev Joseph. CM Pinarayi Vijayan also lashed out at the opposition for humiliating the speaker inside the assembly. But the opposition leader hit back at the Speaker's decision to adjourn the house unilaterally without even calling the protesters for a discussion.
