THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The lottery department has announced the results of the Onam Bumper. The ticket number TG 434222 has won the first prize of Rs 25 crore. The ticket sold by agent Janeesh A M in Wayanad got the first prize. The agency number is W402.
Finance Minister K N Balagopal conducted the first draw for the first prize of the Thiruvonam bumper ticket at Gorkhy Bhavan at 2 pm. V K Prashanth MLA also conducted the first draw for the second prize. State Lottery Department director Abraham Wren, joint director (administration) Maya N Pillai and joint director (operations) M Raj Kapur participated in the function.
The second prize of Rs 1 crore each will be given to 20 people, third prize winner will get Rs 50 lakh, and Rs 5 lakh and 2 lakh will be given as fourth and fifth prizes. Palakkad tops in sales. 13.02 lakh tickets were sold. 9.46 lakh tickets were sold in Thiruvananthapuram and 8.61 lakhs in Thrissur.
Tamil Nadu natives Pandyaraj, Natarajan, Kuppuswamy and Rangaswamy got the Thiruvonam bumper.
Pooja Bumper draw on Dec 4
The release of tickets for the Pooja Bumper to be drawn on December 4 was also held. The price of the ticket is Rs 300. Another feature of Pooja Bumper is the second prize of Rs 1 crore each for five series. The third prize is Rs 10 lakh (two for each series), the fourth prize is Rs 3 lakh (for five series) and the fifth prize is Rs 2 lakh (for five series). There are many other prizes worth Rs 5000, Rs1000, Rs 500 and Rs 300.
