A strong depression is located over the central-east Arabian Sea off the coast of Maharashtra. It is likely to move in a west-northwest direction and intensify into a depression over the Central Arabian Sea today. A cyclone is located in the southeast Bay of Bengal. It is likely to strengthen as a low pressure over southwest Bay of Bengal by October 14, the Indian Meteorological Department said.
