THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There is a possibility of rain in Kerala for the next five days. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of thundershowers at isolated places from October 17 to 21. A yellow alert has been declared in seven districts today. Yellow alert has been issued in Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod. Isolated heavy rainfall is predicted. Heavy rainfall means a situation where rainfall ranges from 64.5 mm to 115.5 mm in 24 hours.
