THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The public spat between IAS officers N Prasanth and Jayathilak has intensified again. Prasanth responded that additional chief secretary Dr A Jayathilak IAS has scuttled the lives of many IAS officers. He said that more information will be revealed. Amid reports of facing disciplinary action, Prasanth came forward criticising Jayathilak again. His response was through a Facebook post. Prasanth criticized Jayathilak and the media that gave news of Gopalakrishnan IAS in the Mallu Hindu WhatsApp group controversy.
Prasanth also said that some people are advising him in the form of threats to talk to Jayathilak and strike a compromise. He responded through the post that he wants to put an end to the list of IAS officers whose lives have been destroyed by Jayathilak.

According to the service rules of IAS officers, they should not criticize the government or government policies. It does mean that not to criticize Jayathilak or Gopalakrishnan. Having studied law for five years, I don't need the editorial advice of a yellow daily to know about service rules. Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India belongs to me like any other citizen.
