PALAKKAD: Palakkad LDF candidate P Sarin expressed confidence in a thumping victory and vowed to end opposition leader V D Satheesan’s arrogance on November 23. Sarin downplayed controversies and stated that it was decided earlier that former LDF convener EP Jayarajan would come to Palakkad.

P SARIN:

“VD Satheesan is behind EP's book controversy. The opposition leader is the brain behind the controversy. References in the book will not affect LDF. It was decided earlier that EP would come to Palakkad for the campaign. November 23 will put a stop to Satheesan’s boasting. LDF will win by more than 10,000 votes”

VD Satheesan earlier told the media that there was no point in bringing EP Jayarajan to campaign in Palakkad. The opposition leader also took a jibe at EP Jayarajan’s former statement against P Sarin.

“It is an open secret that many within CPM are discontent over picking Sarin as a candidate in Palakkad. The fight is between UDF and BJP”
