HYDERABAD: Kerala continues its victory run in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy after they defeated Goa by 11 runs in the rain-interrupted match on Sunday. In the match which was shortened to 13 overs due to rain, Kerala batted first and raised the score to 143/6. Goa, in reply, reached the score of 69/2 in 7.5 overs, but the game had to be stopped due to rain. Soon, the umpires declared Kerala the winner using the D-L method as it seemed impossible to resume the game.
