VATICAN CITY: The three-day World Religious Parliament held at the Vatican under the auspices of the Sivagiri Mutt concluded with a call for everyone to imbibe Gurudeva's word "All human beings are one. That's our religion". Sree Narayana Dharma Sangham Trust President Swami Satchidananda said that it is peace that should govern the world and efforts should be made for it.
The venue of the all-religion conference was rich in ideas and noble. The essence of gurudarshan is world peace. While Buddha, Christ and the Prophet are known as the founders of their respective religions, Sree Narayana Gurudeva is the great prophet of humanity. Swami Satchidananda shared the happiness of the Sivagiri Mutt that with the blessings of Pope Francis, the Vatican has set the stage for ushering in a new era of world peace. Swamy explained this at the function attended by representatives of various religions and activists of organisations in Rome. Union of religions and all-religion conference were held as part of the World Parliament of Religions in the light of the vision of the Bible and Christ.
Swami Shubhangananda, Swami Ritabhanrananda, Swami Vishalananda, Swami Dharma Chaitanya, Swami Asanganandagiri, Organizing Secretary Swami Veereswarananda, Swami Hamsatheertha, Swamini Aryananda Devi and others attended the function apart from representatives of Hinduism, Christianity, Islam and Judaism. The sannyasins visited the Vatican Museum and Christian churches, which include ancient Roman sculptures and masterpieces of Renaissance art.
