MUMBAI: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has received yet another bomb threat. The bomb threat was received through an email message last afternoon. The message was sent in Russian language on the RBI's official website. The email in Russian language, warned to blow up the bank. This is the second threat faced by the RBI this month. A case has been registered against an unknown person by the Mata Ramabai Marg police in Mumbai. The police are trying to trace him.
A person had called the RBI's customer care number and made a bomb threat on November 16. The caller claimed to be the CEO of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. It is also reported that the accused sang a song over the phone before making the threat. The deadly terrorist attack in Mumbai in 2008 was also carried out by Lashkar-e-Taiba organization.
