THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The pilgrimage season announcing the start of the 92nd Sivagiri Pilgrimage will begin today at Sivagiri. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar will inaugurate the Sivagiri Pilgrimage on December 30. Minister Kadannappalli Ramachandran will inaugurate the pilgrimage season at 10 am today.

Swami Satchidananda, President of Sree Narayana Dharma Sangham Trust will preside. Swami Parananda will light the Bhadradeepam. General Secretary Swami Subhangananda will deliver the benediction speech. Treasurer Swami Saradananda and Sree Narayana Dharma Sangham Trust Board member Swami Sukhamananda will deliver the keynote speeches. Swami Vireshwarananda, Joint Secretary of the Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha, will felicitate the delegates who participated in the World Parliament of Religions at the Vatican. Swami Dharmananda, municipal councillors Rakhi and S Satheesan will deliver speeches. Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha Secretary Swami Asanganandagiri will deliver the welcome speech and Sivagiri Pilgrimage Committee Joint Secretary Swami Virjanandagiri will deliver the vote of thanks.
