KOCHI: The Kerala High Court rejected Pulsar Suni’s demand to re-examine two forensic expects in the actor assault case. The demand was rejected citing childish argument.
The court pointed that re-examination of the witnesses is not necessary. The court also observed that re-examination will delay the trial of the case. Pulsar Suni is the first accused in the actress attack case.
Meantime, the plea submitted by the survivor requesting final argument of the case be held in the open court is under the consideration of the trial court. Wrong things are being circulated against me in connection with the trial. The survivor has demanded in the plea that the final argument should be held in the open court to expose the real sides of the trial. She filed the plea before the Ernakulam principal sessions court.
The survivor had filed a contempt plea in the trial court against former DGP R Sreelekha for her statement of having no evidence against Dileep, accused in the case. She also sent a letter to the President seeking justice in the case.
