Superstar Mohanlal said that it is a bit tough to work with Prithviraj. As a director, Prithvi is highly committed. He will keep on asking till he gets the required stuff. Ego has no place there, will have to surrender before him. In an interview with Baradwaj Rangan as part of the promotion of his film Barroz, Mohanlal opened his mind about Prithviraj.

‘Prithviraj is an amazing director. He clearly knows about lensing and about each and every equipment needed for a film. More than that, as a director, Prithvi has a clear understanding of his actor. He keeps demanding from us until he gets what he wants. It shows his commitment. Working with him is a bit tough. We will have to surrender ourselves. There is no point in showing our ego there. He keeps on asking for what his character needs until he gets it. The reason is the whole film is on his head. Prithvi will not let the film slip away from his hands.

Lucifer’s second part ‘Empuran’ will release worldwide on March 27 in 2025. The film is releasing in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Shine Tom Chacko, Sharafudeen, Arjun Das are also along with Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Sania Iyappan, Sai Kumar, Indrajith Sukumaran, Baiju, who were part of Lucifer. Empuraan is being produced jointly by Lyca Productions and Ashirwad Cinemas. Music is composed by Deepak Dev. Sujith wields camera for the film. Editing is by Akhilesh Mohan.
