ALAPPUZHA: A youth was killed after his bike lost control and rammed into a tree at Thanneermukkom in Cherthala. The dead is Manu Sibi (24) of Thanneermukkom. His friend Alan Kunjumon also from Thanneermukkom sustained injuries. The incident happened at midnight. The bike losing control rammed into a tree and in the impact, both fell on the road.

Manu Sabi died soon. Alan, who sustained serious injuries has been admitted at Lakeshore Hospital. The body of Manu Sibi is kept in the mortuary and will be handed over to his relatives after postmortem.
