THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Snake spotted for third time in Kerala Secretariat. This was the second snake seen today. The second snake seen today was spotted near the water resources department office where another snake was sighted a few days back. The snake spotted today morning was found near the office of Assistant Engineer of Public Works Electrical Department and was beaten to death by the staff led by the Health Inspector.
