KOZHIKODE: A lookout notice has been issued for M Shuhaib, CEO of Koduvally-based YouTube channel M S Solutions, facing allegations of Class 10 Christmas question paper leak. The notice was issued in order to prevent him from flying abroad. Although the investigation team had asked him to appear for interrogation, he failed to appear yesterday.

In this situation, the action is based on the assessment that there is a possibility of him fleeing abroad. It is reported that other employees of the institution will also be summoned for grilling after serving notice. The crime branch is investigating the question paper leak.

The FIR was filed based on the preliminary investigation. The employees including Shuhaib has been arraigned in the case. The crime branch registered the FIR under seven sections including breach of trust. Along with M S Solutions, the activities of other private tuition institutions that predicted the questions will also be examined. The mobile phone, laptop and computer seized from the office of M S Solutions will also be sent for forensic examination. The police received the mobile data in a formatted state.

The statements of teachers collaborating with online institutions will be taken. A list of teachers has been prepared. The police have received information that some aided school teachers are preparing questions for online centers. This will also be investigated.
