Can't agree with the manner of cyber attacking and mentally torturing advocate Pratibha MLA. Communist sadism is behind it which is unjust and disgraceful. I firmly believe that her son was implicated in the ganja case with the knowledge of the CPM leadership. She is not just an MLA; she is a woman and a mother. Attacking her like this is unjust and cruel.
The FIR of excise that MLA’s son and his friends possessed and used ganja was released yesterday. Kaniv is the ninth accused in the case. The first information report came out after U Pratibha came on Facebook Live explaining that the news that came out against her son was fake. The MLA claimed that the media had given false news and that legal action would be taken.
In addition to Kaniv, his friends nabbed are Sachin (21) of Thakazhi Vadakkeparambu, Mithun (24) of Vettedal Parambil, Jerin (21) of Thottakadavu, Joseph Solan (22) of Methummadam, Belson (22) of Thaichira, Sanjith (20) of Vadakkeparambu, Abhishek (23) in Akhilam House and Chira Sojan of Kalakettu are the other accused in the case.
Three grams of ganja, a mixture of tobacco mixed with ganja, a plastic bottle with a hole in the bottom and a green papaya stem were also recovered from the gang.
The excise team in Mufti nabbed Kaniv and his friends from a bund on the bank of Pulimukham canal on the north side of Pulimukham boat jetty in Thakazhi panchayat sixth ward.
