THRISSUR: Housewife killed by cut throat homicide. The incident took place in Kunnamkulam, Thrissur. Sindhu (55) of Nadancheri house was killed. The police have informed that the accused is Sindhu's sister's husband. The first information that came out was that an unknown youth entered the house and killed her. The murder took place around 8 pm. The incident took place during an attempted robbery. The accused was caught by the locals. Kannan, a resident of Muthuvara, was caught by the locals.

Sindhu's gold ornaments have also been found in Kannan's possession. The murder took place at night when Sindhu's husband went out. The murdered woman was running a grain mill near the house.
