KOZHIKODE: The teachers from MS Solutions, who are accused in the Christmas exam question paper leak case, failed to appear before the investigation team for questioning on Monday. The teachers had been asked to report to the Kozhikode Crime Branch office in the morning. Some other teachers have also been asked to appear for questioning on Tuesday, but indications suggest they may not comply either.

Previously, notices had been issued twice for the teachers to appear for questioning, but they failed to do so. A third notice was subsequently issued. The Crime Branch had earlier warned that if they failed to appear this time, they would be taken into custody for questioning.

Meanwhile, the court will consider the anticipatory bail plea of MS Solutions CEO M Shuhaib on Tuesday. It is reported that the teachers' further course of action will depend on the court's decision. The search for Shuhaib, who has been absconding, has also been intensified, and a lookout circular has been issued to locate him.
