KOCHI: Businessman Chemmanur arrested on a complaint of sexually assaulting actress Honey Rose, was brought to the CJM court in Ernakulam. While being brought in the vehicle, he responded to the media. He said that he has not done anything wrong to apologize. Senior advocate B Raman Pillai is appearing in the court for Boby. The defense argued that such things were done as part of the promotion of the actress' new film.

The prosecution argued that Boby had committed a serious mistake. He told the court that false propaganda is being circulated against him and that he had not touched her as she had mentioned in the complaint. Meantime, Kochi DCP Aswathy Giji informed that other similar remarks of him would also be considered. The DCP said the court will decide whether to grant him bail and that action will be taken after considering her confidential statement.
