THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A youth and a woman were found dead in a lodge in the capital city. The bodies were found in a lodge in Thampanoor. The two has been identified as C Kumar and Asha. Kumar is a production assistant in a private channel. Both are natives of Peyad in Thiruvananthapuram. Police suspect that Kumar may have killed Asha before ending his life.

Asha was found dead in the room and Kumar was seen with his wrist slit. Asha's neck was fatally injured. From this, the police came to the conclusion that Kumar committed suicide after killing Asha.

Kumar had taken a room in the lodge two days ago. Asha came here Saturday morning. After not seeing the two outside, the staff of the lodge informed the police. The bodies were found in an inspection by the police. The reason for the murder is not clear. Police said more information will be revealed only after the investigation is completed.
