MUMBAI: Former cricketer Yograj Singh, the father of Yuvraj Singh, revealed that he once went to Kapil Dev's house with a gun to kill him. Yograj made this shocking revelation during an interview with YouTuber Samdish Bhatia. Yograj explained that he was dropped from the Indian team during Kapil's captaincy, and he realized that Kapil had intentionally excluded him, which provoked him to go to Kapil's house with a gun.

"When Kapil Dev was the captain of India, North Zone, and Haryana, he dropped me from the team for no reason. My wife (Yuvraj Singh's mother) insisted that I ask Kapil directly about this. I decided to teach him a lesson. That day, I took a pistol and went to Kapil's house in Sector 9 with my wife. Kapil came out of his house with my mother. I abused him several times," Yograj Singh said.

"I told him, 'Because of you, I lost a good friend.' I warned him that he would have to pay for all his actions. I said, 'I want to put a bullet through your head, but I'm not doing it because your pious mother is standing here. Then I left. That day, I decided I would never play cricket again. Yuvi will play," he said.
