Councilor Kala Raju had come forward the other day saying that it was CPM members who kidnapped her during the no-confidence motion debate in the municipal council. Meanwhile, CPM Ernakulam District Secretary CN Mohanan has come forward alleging that it was Congress members who kidnapped the councillor.
