The thrilling match, which extended to the final over, saw India emerge victorious by two wickets. Batting first, England scored 165 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in their 20 overs. In response, India chased down the target (166/8) with four balls to spare. With this victory, India now leads the series 2-0.
Tilak Varma was the hero of the match, scoring a brilliant 72 runs off 55 balls. His innings included four boundaries and five sixes. He also hit the winning run for India. Bishnoi (9*) supported Tilak at the end with two crucial boundaries in the final overs. Washington Sundar also made a vital contribution, scoring 26 runs off 19 balls. However, the rest of the batting lineup, including Sanju Samson (5), Abhishek Sharma (12), Suryakumar Yadav (12), Dhruv Jurel (4), and Hardik Pandya (7), failed to make an impact. England's Brydon Carse took three wickets.
