THRISSUR: Livi Suresh Babu (65), mother of music director Gopi Sundar, died here Thursday. Gopi Sundar himself shared the news on social media. He also shared a picture of him with his mother along with the note. She will be laid to rest at Vadookara crematorium in Thrissur this evening.

His words
'Mom, you gave me life, love and the strength to follow my dreams. Every note of music I create contains the love you infused into me. You have not gone-you live in my heart, in my melodies, in every step I take.

I pray to God that your soul may rest in peace. I know that you are still with me and watching me. Rest in peace. You will always be my strength and my guide,' Gopi Sundar wrote on Facebook.

Livi lived in Ajanta Apartments at Koorkenchery. She leaves behind her husband Suresh Babu and children Gopi Sundar, Shree (Mumbai) and son-in-law: Sreekumar Pillai (Air India, Mumbai).
