THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The vigilance director has directed to constantly monitor officials accepting bribe. The vigilance intelligence wing prepared a list of 200 bribe-taking officials.

It is reported that majority in the list are officials of the revenue department. Vigilance SPs have been instructed to constantly monitor them and try to trap them.

The vigilance also clarified that they are seeking information from the public about the bribe receiving officials. The Vigilance DIG has also been instructed to evaluate the functioning of the officials at the end of every month. Director Yogesh Gupta’s decision is to send those performing badly to their parent department.
