IDUKKI: Two were killed after a bus carrying tourists overturned in Munnar. The two dead are students and have been identified as Aadhika and Venika. A group of college students from Kanyakumari met with the accident. Several people were injured in the accident. Some of them are in a critical condition. The group of forty people had come for a pleasure trip.

They came in a Kerala-registered bus. The accident happened at Echo Point, which is on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. Eyewitnesses said the bus, which was speeding, lost control and overturned. Those injured in the accident were taken to various hospitals.
