PALAKKAD: Chenthamara, the accused said that he is not ready to confess in the Nenmara double murder case. Chenthamara changed his stand after meeting his lawyer. Chenthamara was produced in the Chittoor Judicial First-Class Magistrate Court this afternoon.

He was produced before the judge to record his confession. There were several questions related to record his confession. His replies to all those questions were confused. Chenthamara's stand changed after meeting his lawyer.

The Palakkad Sessions Court cancelled the bail of accused Chenthamara in the Nenmara Pothundi Sajitha murder case the other day. The action was taken after it was found that Chenthamara had completely violated the bail conditions. Chenthamara killed Sajitha's husband Sudhakaran and mother-in-law Lakshmi after he was released on bail in this case.

Chenthamara killed Sajitha in 2019. Chenthamara was granted bail in 2022. The court granted bail with the condition that he should not enter the Nenmara police station limits. In 2023, the bail conditions were reduced to only Nenmara panchayat. He returned to Nenmara after violating the bail conditions.
