Many of today's big stars had great respect for Sajan, the owner of Saj Productions. Now, actor and director Alleppey Ashraf has spoken about a bad experience that actor Mammootty had with Sajan. 'Saj Productions was a company with strong financial backing. The company belonged to Sajan Varghese. During the celebration of the 100th day of the success of the film Avanazhi in Kozhikode, advertisements were published in the newspaper that the hero Mammootty was coming. A lot of people came to see Mammootty that day.

Except for Mammootty, the other stars reached the venue on time. Since it was an era without mobile phones, it was impossible to know where Mammootty had reached. The celebration took place without Mammootty. Mammootty reached the venue after the entire program was over. Sajan became very angry about this. Mammootty told Sajan the reason for his late arrival. Sajan was not ready to accept it.

Sajan asked Mammootty to go on stage and deliver a speech. So Mammootty delivered a speech on an empty stage. Mammootty may have done so thinking that it was not good to quarrel with Sajan. Seven elephants were brought from different parts of Kerala to shoot a song in that film.
