Malayalam’s biggest budget movie ‘Empuraan’, will hit theatres on March 27th. The makers have been releasing character posters from a vault as part of the promotion. On Sunday, the eighth character poster was released; the quirky but enigmatic blabbermouth Govardhan.

Indrajith Sukumaran is essaying the role of Govardhan. From the prequel, we know Govardhan as a vlogger, who, unlike the conventional lots, would engage in deep research to bring out mysteries in politics and social life to ignite debate among the masses.

Indrajith on his role in ‘Empuraan’:

“There are many secrets or rather truths hidden in the world that no matter how hard we work, would remain beyond our reach. Raju (Prithviraj) is adept in filmmaking. He knows very well how a character should walk and talk.

He is very much communicative, thus making artists comfortable. If a director has a clear idea of a character, then half of our work is already done. My job seemed so easy. I acted according to what Raju told me.”
