KOCHI: A case has been filed against Pulsar Suni, the accused in the actor assault attack case, for issuing death threats. Pulsar Suni unleashed violence at a hotel in Rayamangalam, Ernakulam, for the delay in serving food. The FIR said that he smashed the windows of the hotel, hurled abuses at the employees and threatened to kill them. The Kuruppampady police have registered a case against Pulsar Suni.

Suni was released on bail under strict conditions after serving seven and a half years in prison in the actor assault case. In between this, he has been involved in the case again.

The court granted him bail under strict conditions like he should not leave Ernakulam, should not influence witnesses, should not speak to the media, should use only one SIM, and should not contact the accused or witnesses. In addition, the court had asked for two sureties and a bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court had also directed that the rural police ensure Suni's security.
