KOLLAM: A 9-year-old boy was found hanging inside his house in Nallila in Kollam. The deceased is Niranjan, the son of Nallila native Ranju and Seetha. The incident took place while Ranju and Seetha had gone for work. Niranjan and his brother returned from school by around 4 in the evening. While his brother left for tuition, Niranjan stayed back, saying he had a stomachache. When his brother returned home around 6 pm, he noticed the room’s door was locked from the inside. Concerned, he alerted the neighbors. Upon breaking open the door, they discovered Niranjan hanging inside the room.
