CHANDIGARH: A disturbing video of a woman brutally harassing her mother is being widely circulated on social media. After the video going viral, the police registered a case and arrested the woman.
The visuals are from Hisar in Haryana. Nirmala Devi, a resident of Modern Saket Colony in Azad Nagar, was brutally beaten by her daughter Rita. A case has been registered by the police on the complaint of Rita's brother Amardeep Singh in this regard.

In the video, the woman also threatened to drink her own mother's blood. The brother alleged that her sister brutally harassed his mother to take possession of the property in Nirmala's name. The three-minute video has been released. In the video, Nirmala Devi and Rita are seen sitting on a bed. After scolding her mother, her daughter hits her on the leg and bites her thigh. Rita tells her mother that she will drink her blood. In the video, she can also be seen grabbing her mother's hair, who is crying in pain, and dragging her to the ground. Even though Nirmala asked her to leave her alone, her daughter refused. Another man's voice can also be heard in the video. She then pushes her mother to the ground and beats her.
Her brother Amardeep Singh said Rita married Sanjay Puni of Rajgarh, two years ago. Rita returned home with her husband after marriage. She constantly threatened other for property. Rita had embezzled Rs 65 lakh from the family property in Kurukshetra after making it in her own name. She levelled false allegations against me and never allowed me to meet my mother, he said.
