NEMOM: Shadow police seized 71 grams of MDMA from a youth traveling in a Tamil Nadu transport bus at Pravachambalam junction on Sunday. Thirumala Vettamukku native Ajin (25), who was travelling from Nagercoil to Thiruvananthapuram, was caught by police after receiving a tip-off.

The police said that the seized MDMA fetches around Rs two lakh in the market. Ajin, after quitting his work in the Gulf, returned to Kerala and was working as an MDMA carrier. The accused has been remanded.
