PATHANAMTHITTA: Before the shock of the Venjaramoodu mass murder could fade, Kerala has witnessed yet another double murder. The horrific incident took place at Padam in Kalanjoor, Pathanamthitta, where a man brutally hacked his wife and her friend to death. The deceased are Vaishnavi (27) and Vishnu (34). The police have taken Vaishnavi’s husband, Baiju, into custody in connection with the crime. The murders occurred at the house of Vishnu, who was a neighbor. The police have stated that further investigations are ongoing.
