KANNUR: A body of a four-month-old baby was found in a well. The incident is at Pappinisseri in Kannur. The baby girl is that of a couple from Tamil Nadu. They said the baby was sleeping with them.

The incident happened last night. The dead is Yasika, daughter of Akkammal and Muthu. The couple is staying in a rented house. The couple told police that they saw the body in the well in a search conducted for the baby, found missing. The couple’s relative is also staying with them. The body was found late last night. The body has been shifted to the district taluk hospital. The police said there is a mystery in the incident.
