ROHTAK: A man along with his friends kidnapped a youth and buried him alive after finding his illicit affair with his wife. The dead is Jagdeep, a yoga teacher at Baba Mastnath University. The shocking incident happened in Haryana’s Rohtak. The arrested is Hardeep and one of his friends Dharampal. Hardeep took the drastic step after finding him having an affair with his wife.

The youth, a tenant in a portion of Hardeep’s house, was buried alive in a seven-foot-deep pit dug by them. The incident that happened in December 2024 came to light only now. Hardeep along with others took a pit in Pantavas village of Charkhi Dadri telling all that it was for a borewell.

Hardeep and his friends abducted Jagdeep on December 24 while he was returning from work. Before burying him, they tied his hands and legs and beat him brutally. The accused also taped his mouth so that he couldn’t make any noise and then threw him in the pit.

The information of the murder came to light in an investigation conducted on his missing complaint. Jagdeep’s phone calls turned crucial in the case. The two were finally arrested and they have confessed to the crime. His body was taken out on March 24. Two others will be arrested soon.
